Not necessarily! Many of our roles are entry-level and come with comprehensive paid training. We value attitude and willingness to learn over extensive experience. Some specialized roles (tech, finance) may require specific qualifications.
You'll need a reliable computer (desktop or laptop), stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps), a quiet workspace, and a headset with microphone for communication roles. Some positions include an equipment stipend to help you get set up.
Pay varies by role and experience level. Most positions offer monthly salaries ranging from $1,600 to $9,000 BBD. Payments are made bi-weekly or monthly via direct deposit to your local bank account. Performance bonuses are available for many roles.
It depends on the role. Fully flexible positions let you choose your hours within a given window. Some customer-facing roles require set shifts, but we always try to accommodate your preferences. Part-time and split-shift options are also available.
